Windows 7 "display crash"

Every time i start the computer in just a few seconds it start doind this weird distortions until it just shows a black or white screen, and i have to plug the power out. Like this:

Tried to re-install amd driver and it didn't help i have Radeon R9 270x


Sometimes it shows this screen:




please help!!

You'll have to post in our Internal Hardware Forum for help with the video distortion (I do see it in your video) - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/7/internal-hardware/ ; I'm unable to help you with it due to my lack of hardware expertise. All of my systems are pre-built, store shelf systems.


As for the BSOD - bugcheck is 0x1a = severe memory management error
