I just did a factory reset on my old HP Probook 4515s

I'm preparing it for a Win 10 upgrade

I imagine Win 7 would need to be fully updated with Service pack 1 etc before doing the upgrade. Is that correct?

It says that there are 10 important updates but they wont install. It just hangs there and eventually gives up saying they weren't installed and to try again

I've tried 3 times so far without any success

Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks
