Not sure if this the right place to ask this. Please let me know if not.

I was trying to login to my account on my laptop and kept receiving "username or password incorrect".

Thinking I forgot the password, I did a reset on my main PC.

Tested logging out and back in on that PC. No problems.

When I try logging in from my laptop, same error.

On a second PC and from my mobile phone, same error

But it can't be either the username or password since they are the same ones I'm using on my PC.

Is there a setting somewhere that disables log ins from different devices?

What might be confusing here is that you have a login name, a display name, and a password.

Your login name that you need to use to log in BleepingComputer might not be the same as your display name. For instance, your login name could be Alex, while your display name is Alex2K. So you need to enter:

Username: Alex
Password: $YourPassword

And not:

Username: Alex2K
Password: $YourPassword

You were right, I was entering the username wrong. Silly error on my part. Thanks!
