Would this machine run Grand Theft Auto 4?

I'm looking to know whether the machine, in the above link could run GTA IV on low to medium settings and still have a good frame rate.

 

And going far and beyond, could it play GTA V?

Video card is not listed so that is probably integrated that has no chance to run GTA IV/V.
