Mi pc fue infectada por RSA 4096 +-HELP-RECOVER-+ y encripto mis documentos , fotos, pdf.

My Documents, photos and pdf were infected by a virus encryptor RSA 4096 +-HELP-RECOVER-+

I'm afraid it sounds like you were hit by TeslaCrypt 4.0. There is no way to decrypt your data at this time (without paying the ransom), you will have to try recovery software or restore from backups.

You may also use the website in my signature to confirm the infection by uploading an encrypted file and the ransom note. It will point you in the right direction.
