Need advice upgrading current build

Heres my specs on my current build built about 2.5 years ago or so. Looking to upgrade some stuff. any suggestions?

What exactly are you doing with this PC?  Do you have a budget for upgrades?  That's actually still a decent setup you have going already.  If you are gaming, the GTX 950 is roughly equivalent to your GTX 760.  A substantial upgrade would be a GTX 970, a small upgrade would be a GTX 960 at about a 10% to 15% speed increase.

I see no reason to update anything. Wait for better GPU's and then update also display. There is not much difference between GTX760 and better cards when using FullHD @ 60 Hz.
