Before System Restore, how was your computer acting strange? Did you see pop-ups or was it slow?

FYI, it's possible to undo the changes System Restore has made, but before that, let's check some network issues.

Can you ping 127.0.0.1 and 8.8.8.8 and google.com ?

Press the Windows Button and R simultaneously.

A small window called "Run" will appear, typ in cmd

A new window will open, here you can use the Ping command. (ping [IP-Address or Hostname])
