I'd like to delete the content of a table without deleting the rows and columns. I've tried highlighting without including the end of rows but I still get the dialog box w/ "delete rows, delete columns, etc" Word help was no help.

Can this be done?

I managed to get the contents of the table deleted without deleting the rows & columns by highlighting and then using the delete macro I put on one of those bars below the menu bar whose name I have forgotten instead of the delete key. The delete key on my mac is a backward word delete and the macro is a delete word function.
