looking for new laptop

hello just like the title says im looking for a new laptop but which is cheap and reliable i will be mainly using it for troubleshooting and managing my desktop 

 

my budget is 200 dollars or less

This is about the best you can do without buying refurbished. As you can see both only has 32GB of storage.

well what if i saved up for 300 dollars and what is a mini laptop?
