hi everyone ,

so I think that I have a serious trouble with my computer

the thing is the computer stopped while updating the mcafee ( my fault )

and after that ,I got the pretty  blue screen saying : stop : c0000135 the program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer . try reinstalling the program to fix this problem

I never had this problem before or anything similar , in fact this is the first time my computer had a problem while it has been 3 years of use now

it can't start , even when I use the f8 thing and try to log in  whith safe mode

my computer is a hp 650

please help me , I don't know any professional to get his help , and I am not one !

Is there any power at all? i.e., does the system boot up? Can you see lights on?

If so, boot into Recovery and run Windows System Restore.

Try to boot into Recovery and run Windows System Restore.

If you are unable to do that, you'll have to boot the system with a Windows DVD and reinstall Windows.
