Bluetooth has stopped working on Windows 10

I had a speaker working OK with Bluetooth on my Windows 10 Quantum View 2-in-1 Tablet. It stopped a few weeks ago. Here are the sumptoms:


The speaker is detected but the attempt to Pair goes on endlessly without completing

The Device 'requires further installation'

Driver update is greyed out.


What do I need to do?
