Unable to connect to internet after adware removal

Removed adware with adwcleaner...now unable to connect to internet!!
Browser says dns not found...done all the procedures mentioned on web...bt no respite...plz help!!

You need an USB-stick and another pc ...

:step1: Please download WinsockReset.
Click on "Proceed With Defaults" and follow the instructions.
Your computer will reboot when the tool completes its repairs.

:step2: Let me know if your Internet connectivity is restored.
