Hi im new to the site. I have an RCA PC/TABLET combothat has crashed. Is there anyone that can help me factory reset it?

Have you gone to the manufacturer's website? If not, recommend this as a first step. Your post is a bit vague and too open ended. That is why you probably haven't received any replies besides mine.

 Your user guide is the place to look.  It's probably on your hard drive where you can't access it since you can't boot, so go to the manufacturer's web site as suggested by imjc and download it.  When you get back up and running, make a full system backup to an external hard drive.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.
