I bought all the components for my new pc recently, and the fans on my Geforce GTX 780ti are not running at all. They apparently ran in store and worked perfectly but i am reaching over 95 C running stress test and even with fan speed at 100% on msi afterburner the fans won't start.

Is it a genuine NVidia model or a third parties? (EVGA, MSI, etc.) If so, what is its exact model number?
And, do you have adequate power plugged into the power connector on the video card?

Do you have the supplementary power connector/s connected?

If he didn't, the card wouldn't output video. But on a related topic, are the fan connectors connected? It's possible they were not installed correctly.
