Check up on my computer for any malicious software please!

I'm super spooked out. I did 2 full scans with MalwareBytes and Avast, and both of them found absolutely nothing. I was super relieved, but just decided to do another extra scan with BitDefender to see if I missed anything. Surprisingly, BitDefender found 393 infected files on my computer.

 

These outcomes did not occur before prior to me downloading a few malicious files from some somewhat untrustworthy people. I'm worried that I might be keylogged or ratted. Could you please check my logs for me and see if there's anything malicious on my system? I can't believe MalwareBytes and Avast missed 393 files.

In that topic he/she states a reinstall of Windows will be done.
