I hope I'm on the richt track here. Having problem with the mouse Win10 on the second computer, freezes every now and again, I have to dis-connect and re-connect the mouse USB connector.

Hope some one can advise please.

Hello,

Is it a Wireless mouse? If yes, try changing the battery. Have you tried a different USB port? Would also like to know if its only the mouse or the whole system freezes up. Also check if its a specific application that it freezes in.

Do you have one of those customized mice that needs its own driver by chance?

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.

Thank you all for your advice, but I think I found the solution for the problem.

What I did was have a look in the advice manager, and saw I have 2 HID mouse and 1 Microsoft 4500 mouse, deleted the HID’s, now I can move the mouse as I fast as I can over the screen no more frozen mouse. I don’t know if this was the solution, if not I will be back here again, thank you all again.

Greetings.

Joop
