WD harddisk issue

Getting below error when running chkdsk for HD.
 
An unspecified error occurred (696e647863686b2e dee).
 
Also External HD is currently inaccessible and in recovery software it is detected as RAW.
 
There were some IMP data on HD which I want to recover as well.
 
My WD HD went inaccessible abruptly . 
Some of software recovery software is detecting it in RAW file system and chkdsk command is throwing below error : -
 
An unspecified error occurred (696e647863686b2e dee).
 
I want to : -
 
1) Recover data from HD
2) Make HD accessible thenforth.

Me neither - Dont Have Permission.....Hamluis may need to copy\paste into this post.

 

In the meantime you can have a read here http://www.powerdatarecovery.com/free-file-recovery-software/how-to-recover-data-from-raw-hard-drive.html

 

Ensure you read it all thoroughly and feel confident if your going to attempt any Recovery and repair said Partition.

 

Otherwise wait until someone Guides you - so you have the best chance of retrieving IMP Data.
