Updated drivers after receiving my laptop few days ago.

BAD_POOL_HEADER occurred several times while trying to run PCMark. After that enabled Driver Verifier and now getting different BSOD: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

This one occured 3 times already:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x0000000a 00000000`00000028 00000000`00000002 00000000`00000000 fffff800`034d1390 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+74080

Windows and BIOS memory check passed. Also hw diagnostics test from Dell passed.

Please advise what I should do? Send machine back? Or try to find faulty driver/hardware?

BSOD's while running stress tests aren't unheard of - but could be due to most anything.

And, if it's hardware, Driver Verifier may not tell us anything either.

If possible, as it's brand new, I'd exchange it for another one.

In most cases, the OEM will ask that you reformat the drive and reinstall Windows in order to see if that fixes it.

So, if considering sending it back, that should be your first step.

We can troubleshoot it here, but do you want to spend the time trying to figure it out (it can take a week or two)?

Here's my analysis:

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 1.4.8) dates from 2016.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a recent update.

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You're missing the MSINFO32 report.  This is the report that I get the most info from (and it's usually the one that takes the longest to generate, especially in misbehaving systems).

Please do this:

MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report (File...Save) as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter.  Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file.  If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back.  Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Just let it run until it finishes - don't stop it as it might take a while.
This is because it's slow at generating the WER report section - and that's the section that contains all the errors (so a misbehaving system has more errors in the WER log to process).

The memory dumps don't tell us much, and the Driver Verifier errors don't reveal anything significant to me.

The errors are split between memory errors and file system/hard drive type errors.

Both are seen frequently in BSOD analysis, so they may or may not be significant.

If your Dell has built in diagnostics, please run them.

If not, then please run these free diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

I've executed Dell diagnostics and it didn't show any issues.

As you suggested I have done factory reset. After doing factory reset on the final stage of it got BSOD again. :)

Then booted into fresh Windows and before updating anything run PCMark (which was causing BSOD before) succesfully.

Now I am updating Windows and drivers one by one to see what is causing BSOD.

Even if I cannot reproduce BSOD I am scared now of keeping this machine...

Contact Dell and see what they say.

In the US you can usually return defective merchandise for a certain period of time.

After that, there's also a warranty that usually runs for a year.
