Help decrypt files

hello. please help. My laptop is encrypted by ransomware.

 I'm sorry my English is poor
I sent a sample of the file if you need
 

For more information
When my computer had been virus
 
Was repeated several files in any folder that points to a specific site
I put the files in the folder 1
 
also
 
My EXE files are correct, and only multimedia and office files  are corrupted
I put the files in the folder 2
 
I sent a file to the ransom site to decrypt them
I have a corrupted file that is sent to the site and I delivered them healthy it now
I put the files(crypted and decrypted same file) in the folder 3

I've sent a request for access, it didn't even ask for a password at all.

 

Was an extension added to your files? What is the name of the ransom note?

name of ransom txt file is "Recovery+tofda.txt"
mp3 extension added to my file.

You have TeslaCrypt 3.0/4.0. There is no way to decrypt the files at this time I'm afraid. You can read the following topic for more information.

Rather than have everyone start individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any questions, comments or requests for assistance in the support topic discussion.
