Hello! A friend of mine has been experiencing problems when playing games. His computer crashes after about 5-10 minutes. Sometimes the screen freezes for a while but most of the time it just shuts down. The temps are fine even though he is running the stock cooler. He tried switching PSU, Motherboard and reinstalling windows.

What do you think could be the problem?

Oh, Forgot to mention we installed parkcontrol yesterday to see if that would fix it, it did for the day. No issues what so ever. Until today, when it suddenly didnt work anymore

Are you experiencing BSODs? (actual blue screens)?

If so, please run the BSOD Posting Instructions - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

If no BSODs and it is just a single game crashing, contact the game manufacturer.

Regards. . .

Removing the GPU drivers and custom installing them instead of express installing seemed to fix the issue for now. Thanks anyway!
