proxy error after adwcleaner

I type cdm on start but the config window didnt give me chance to type netsh ipv4, ipv6 and ipconfig/flush . Then restarted again

Oh sorry. I was really worried. Here's the full detail. I ran adwcleaner and my com restarted. Then i coulndt access internet. It said windows... proxy automatically. I searched internet and found your posts. I typed netsh winsock... as you said. But it didnt work. So i tried cmd. But cmd winfows didnt last long enough to type other 3(netsh ipv4, ipv6 config ), my computer immediately started logging off .After a few fruitless attempt(i typed ipv4, ipv6 config by each one) my computer started logging off and starting all by itself automatically. Is there anyway to fix it without formatting it?

Can you boot into safe mode?

I formatted my com today and it is normal now. Thank you for your replies..
