gio-skywelcome to BC!

Try following commands:

apt-get update
apt-get install wine

Does that install wine without errors?

Greets!

no my friend, it doesn't work. it tells me that

"Reading package lists... Done

Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
wine is already the newest version (1.8-2).
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
google-chrome-stable : Depends: libappindicator1 but it is not installable
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify a solution).

Wine is already installed on your system!

Can you find it in the menu?

If not, restart your machine and it should appear in the menu...

Greets!

What happens if you enter following command:

wine control

Also is this a 32 bit or 64 bit system?

Greets!

Please copy the commands, that way I'm sure there are no typos...
Strange that you have to type "sudo" since Kali runs as root?

In that Control Panel there should be "Add/Remove Programs", double click it and a new window will open.
There you can add(install)/remove programs. So wine is installed and working!

You can run an installed program by:

wine "C:\Program Files\appname\appname.exe"

Replace the location by the appropriate location and include the double quotes!

Greets!

An alternative to photoshop and native to Linux is The Gimp

Hope that helps.

Is there a reason you are using Kali Linux? You seem to be a Linux first timer and there are some much more user-friendly distributions out there like

Ubuntu and

Linux Mint
