I would like to clone my 120 GB ssd to a new 500 GB ssd. My OS is Win 7 Home Premium. I want to do this prior to letting Win 10 load. I will be using

AOMEI Backupper 3.2

Thank you,

Paul

I use MiniToolWizard fairly straight forward.

Select Copy Disk Wizard >  Select Source Drive > Select Partitions { All } > SelectTarget Drive

Save Task > Apply > sit back and wait.

Swap out Drives and Test.

I  Assume Aomei would be straight forward also , i havent tried it as Minitool works.

In the event it fails or wont boot from the new drive , it wont effect the old drive.

So as usual do any backups anyway on the old drive just as a precaution.

Then do the cloning and test new drive.

Aomei Website should instruct on Howto or have a help file ?
