I had a serious infection. We lost 3 computers and could not even use our wifi without being infected. Now with new service and router and new computers, I noticed Malware premium won't update rootkits. I have ESET I pay for as well. I am concerned we have something back. I will also say, what I brought home was clearly from my work. It all began when I put my work email on my personal blackberry. A few days later my son's Iphone went through 10 gigs. the next day 15. All with it off. My scans show nothing, but neither did they before and when I started looking at processes... I started losing privileges. My MAc was even sending packets while the router was unplugged and not on the internet. It sounds crazy, but all true. When I went to verizon when I realized the phones were spoofed, I walked in and in front of the guy, the Blackberry turned on had an upside down triangle that said KBB fatal error. I gave a fake case number to "blackberry support" through the process. I finally figured that out. Any help to see what is on my system now if anything is appreciated.
