How do I close my other thread? Not, post and thing on it, or do I actually have to close it? You told me to start another one? So, I stared this 1 for the other computer. ...and you answered only my question on the other thread but not any review of my logs?  On this computer I have problems updating windows, security essentials, and running flash disinfector. This computer is twitchy and bogs down when offline and watching movies, and the BT audio starts cutting out. Thx RE

The fix did not go so well.
Possibly because it's running from this folder.

Running from C:\Users\Gloria\Downloads\BleepComp\Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

I suggest you copy the FRST tool to your Desktop.
Copy also the Fislist.txt file the the Desktop.

Run the fix as suggested from the Desktop.
Post the log for my review.

How is the computer running now?

Like I said in the last msg that I might of unchecked the 'Addition.txt' box in the mouse movement to click the 'Fix' button, because it worked on the last computer running from the 'Downloads' folder, but I run it from the desktop anyways. thx RE

Let me see fresh FRST and Addition.txt files.

Run the Farbar tool and make sure that the box marked "to create a new addition.txt file is checked.

Also I need to know what problems you are experiencing with this computer.

Since Jan. it's been totally locking up, especially in Firefox, with nothing else running. The mouse won't even move and when Firefox crashes it crashes the whole comp & has to be re booted but the problem doesn't go away, it also affects windows, when fire fox isn't running! And that 'alsysio64.sys' keeps recreating itself and the entry in the Reg that MWAVSCAN keeps removing from the Reg. That wasn't there before. On this comp, the other 1 we cleaned, and the 1 that had a rootkit that I am still waiting for response from the logs I posted.

This is my suggested fix taken from your last logs. There was no reasons to attach the previous logs as we have them all in the other posts.

Press the windows key Windows_Logo_key.gif+ r on your keyboard at the same time. This will open the RUN BOX.
Type Notepad and and click the OK key.

Please copy the entire contents of the code box below to the a new file.

Start

Task: C:\Windows\Tasks\PC Optimizer Pro64 startups.job => C:\Program Files\PC Optimizer Pro\StartApps.exe <==== ATTENTION
C:\Program Files\PC Optimizer Pro

End
Save the file as fixlist.txt in the same folder where the Farbar tool is running from.
The location is listed in the 3rd line of the Farbar log you have submitted.

Run FRST and click Fix only once and wait.

Restart the computer normally to reset the registry.

The tool will create a log (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

p.s.
Please run this fix from your Desktop and do not change anything in my suggested fix.

Please let me know what problem persists with this computer.

I know from PC Tech training that you should not be saving and running anything from your desktop! Only shortcuts etc. it effects the computer booting because it has to load it all, everytime the time into RAM! So, I ran it from C: instead. Thx RE
