I have 2 DVD writers attached to my PC.

I had an issue that drive 1 was burning so slow, much slower than drive 2. So I contacted Mesh and they got me to return it and they sent a new drive.

I've installed the new drive and admittedly I haven't burned anything for a while. I come to burn a DVD last night and after an hour it hadn't even got to 50%.

The 2nd drive burned it within 6 minutes.

The chances of it being another faulty drive must be slim, any other ideas ?
