My Windows 7 32bit computer may be infected and I'm not sure how to fix it. I can't download anything and google chrome kept randomly closing. When I try to download anything it says "Failed - System busy".

I wasn't able to use superantispyware to scan earlier but now it is working so I am currently running a full scan.

Also, when I try to use Malwarebytes it tells me insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Both my adblock and adblock plus kept repeatedly crashing the past few days.

EDIT:

FWIW I checked windows task manager and it says my total physical memory (MB) is 3003.

Cached = hovering between 480-564ish
Available = 480-534ish
Free= 0-20

I restarted my computer and now I can download stuff and it seems to be normal again for some reason. Not sure what happened but now I'm running malware bytes and I have to run super antispyware again because it didn't fully scan earlier.
