System Thread Exception Not Handled:  http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x0000007E

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

If it doesn't work for you, then please try this:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

While waiting for a reply, please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

If all of them pass, let us know and then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Please stop CCleaner from cleaning your system.

There are many BSOD's listed in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report - but only one memory dump in the uploaded reports.

Feel free to resume CCleaner monitoring AFTER we're done troubleshooting.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version P2.00) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a recent update.

Only 6 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

My first suspicion here is a problem with the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) drivers.

I'd suggest:

- download a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible version of the Intel RST from the AsRock website.

- uninstall the current version

- install the freshly downloaded version

- monitor for further BSOD's

Also, please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

My second suspicion is a bad HDD - so please start with the hard drive diagnostics.

In the event that the diagnostics ALL pass, then please run Driver Verifier according to these directions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
