I have no idea what's up, but considering the prolifery of ransomeware I thought I'd come in for a tune-up with you lovely folks here once more.  Laptop is a HP Running Windows 8.1.  Computer is making sudden high-pitched Tweeting/beeping noises, several in a row.  It hasn't done it in awhile, but it was concerning enough to make me check in again.  Am I infected with something nasty or is it just a fluke?
