CLIStart.exe and MOM.exe no disk errors on startup

Sometimes, but not always, the following errors appear on startup:


Error on Startup - CLIStart.exe

There's no disk in the drive.  Please insert disk into drive\device\harddisk\volume8


Mom.exe - no disk in F


I don't remember recently unplugging any device from a USB port.


Thank you for any suggestions about making these errors go away.

Both files relate to the software for your AMD graphics card.

I don't know what happened to volume8 of your hard drive, nor what happened to drive F:


The easiest solution is to:

- download a fresh set of the latest AMD graphics drivers for your system (if it's a laptop, get them from the laptop manufacturer's website, if it's a desktop, get it from the AMD website)

- uninstall the current AMD software

- install the freshly downloaded drivers

- reoot to see if the error has gone away.


If this doesn't fix it, post back and we'll try other things.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
