Malware Scanner for Server 2008 R2

Is their any free malware scanner that I could use to scan a Server 2008 R2 server. I already scanned it with malwarebytes but want to check it a bit further and see if their any other free software out their that I can scan a machine with.

Emisoft Emergency Scanner kit mate, try that. Just note when running it the server will be really slow (So i have found), so if running file server with high file access then be warned people will complain LOL.

Emisoft requires us to purchase it when I went to try to download it for a server (underneath their business section).
