CPU

Radeon R9 380 is much better choice for video card.
Also LGA1150 socket is already obsolete so better to stick with either LGA1151, LGA2011-3 or even much cheaper AM3+.
Also Windows 10 Retail is not much more expensive.
I'd change OS, GPU, MB and CPU. Total budget for those would be?

What exactly is OS, GPU, MB, and CPU? My budget is like 1250$

GPU http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-video-card-r9380p4255 (or any other R9 380 with 4GB memory)
OS http://pcpartpicker.com/part/microsoft-os-kw900016
CPU+MB+memory choices:
Option AMD
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd832ewmhkbox
or
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd8320frhkbox
And
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a97r20
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f31866c10d16gab
Option Intel:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gax99sli
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f42400c15d16gis
+ better CPU cooler for AMD. Intel option has no cooler.
6700K (LGA1151 alternative) is overpriced, so I consider it impossible to recommend.
First option: Some say AMD is slow for gaming. True for poorly optimized games. Looking game that just came out, http://www.techspot.com/review/1148-tom-clancys-the-division-benchmarks/page5.html
Also FX-8320(E) is quite cheap option and AMD Zen later this year may cause price war.
Second option: Hexa core+hyper threading from Intel. More future proof but also much more expensive option.

If I were you I would go with the skylake i7 6700k it's $363 on amazon and the MSI B150GAMINGM3 INTEL SKYLAKE I3 / I5 / I7 IN LGA1151 mother board isn't far off the price point of the one you have in the OP.

Overclocking with that motherboard can be problem.

B-series does not support overclocking. Supported some time but microcode update takes that away.
