I would like to ask if it is recommended to have crystal security as a compliment to an existing antivirus or anti malware solution?

Crystal Security is a cloud-based anti-malware solution designed to supplement your anti-virus program.I have never used Crystal Security, nor do I know anyone who has so I cannot provide an opinion as to how effective it would be in comparison to recommended programs like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

No problem. I didn't see any info about a EULA or Privacy Policy either but Kardo Kristal, the developer, provided a contact email (info@crystalsecurity.eu) to ask questions or send him a message by filling out the section on the bottom of the home page so you could ask directly.
