Hi all,

First of all I want to say thank you, you are just wonderful guys and we are lucky to have you in our lives.

I've searched and found here similar posts by other users. But I thought it would be wise to troubleshoot this one together.

As one of the admin said that using some tools without the guidance of a professional troubleshooter\penetration tester is not recommended, so you know thought not to take the chances

Attaching the log file

While I was using Chrome, my mouse began to move as if someone just remotely connected to my machine.

At first I didn't do nothing, but I noticed that Chrome Task Manager has suddenly opened on my machine's screen.

I got a little panic and closed the browser immediately.

Another strange thing I thought I might add here:

I was checking my router to see if I can get some logs, didn't find anything there but did notice something weird.

When I was trying to tap on the Security tab on my router preferences menu, I got an error message.

Speaking to the router's technical representative has followed me to reset my router.

Accessing the Security tab allow me to manage my port forwarding mainly, and the corruption caused these to disappear as well.

I've done a full factory restore to my router and it looks like everything is up and running.

I'll be grateful if you could provide me better ways and practices to protect my network.

It holds a few PCs running Microsoft OS and a DVR machine for my Surveillance cameras.

Thank you.
