Can you Guys help me how to fix this kind of mess.. 
i cant install Luna online and others.. can you help me guys?

What error message do you receive when you try to download this program?


Is this program Eclipse Luna?

Looks like your user account has full permission to Temp folder, take ownership of the folder. Open Command Prompt as a administrator and type takeown /f %tmp% command press Enter key to take ownership of the Temp folder.
