Hello everyone.

I have been having problems with my computer recently and cannot understand why. I hope you can help.

1) I have been having multiple BSOD's

2) A problem with programs opening and closing by themselves.

3) Lastly I am also having a problem where sometimes I am typing and and spaces start appearing between letters without me pressing spacebar and also as I am typing on the internet it enters without me pressing enter.

Can anyone help?

Can anyone help?

Only you can help yourself. If you do not have BIOS problems, helps only Windows clean  installation. Everything else is just a waste of time, and the result is still the same.

There are no memory dumps in the uploaded reports.

The KernelDumpList.txt file also shows no memory dumps in the usual locations

No signs of BSOD's in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.

What this means is that if the system did BSOD, it was at a level where Windows didn't recognize it.

There's many reasons for this - here's a draft article that explains a bit about it:  http://www.carrona.org/dumpgen.html

C: drive has less than 5% free space.  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty)

This device has problems in Device Manager:

BlueStacks Hypervisor    ROOT\LEGACY_BSTHDDRV\0000    This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

Please uninstall this device.  If you have problems uninstalling it, this link may help:  http://support.bluestacks.com/hc/en-us/articles/201881233-How-to-Uninstall-BlueStacks-completely-

If you wish to keep it, once it's uninstalled feel free to download a fresh copy to install.

Many, many Live Kernel Events (may be Event ID 41's).

Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on the "Administrative Events" heading
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

Found hardware issues and Nero Backup issues

Neither of the errors occurred very frequently - so we may have to revisit this report later on.

If that's the case, please make a note each time you attempt to shut the computer down and it fails - and each time you shut the computer down by holding down the power button.
All you need is the date and time - so we can recognize it when we next look at the Admin log file.

Please run these free hardware diagnostics:  http:/www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

The Nero errors aren't very frequent, but I believe that they were related to the Bluestacks errors.

For now, just remember this - and if we still have problems later on you may have to remove it also (but not right now).

Good luck!
