My Dell XPS8100 running Win 10/64 Pro (all software current) struggles to wake up from sleep mode.

 

I'm guessing it's due to a failing power supply. Thoughts?

Run HWmonitor and attach a screenshot of the voltages. Ask if you need assistance.
