I bough a brand new Dell XPS with Windows 10 Pro.  I have 3 users accounts - me , my wife and my business - all admin level.

My "me" account. the first one I created 6 months now has issues. The start button won't display apps, the firefox on start up always asks me if I want to make it default (I say yes and uncheck ever startup) but always comes up. My internet on that log in is very sluggish and outlook with browser display is a slug. and I keep on finding more problems. I lost my one drive hook up. I did Install drop box and may that dumped one drive.

I had an issue with win10 early on and I had to do a clean install to fix problems. I am thinking I have to do that again - ugh.... I tried to create another user so I a could transfer my data and then dump my troublesome current user but that is not so simple. I can't use the same email address to create account. May I should just save data and kill this account and reinstall user.

I start getting in tune with win 10 and this stuff happens and I yearn for Win 7. I upgraded my laptop from win 8.1 to win 10 and now that seems to be a slug and I may uninstall.

anyway suggestions for my home computer ?

I'd suggest rebuilding your profile

Another option is to simply create a new profile, then copy the data over from the old profile (just the data, nothing else).

I started to do that but I can't use the same e-mail. So I think new profile with yet another email and pull over as much as I can. The outlook data transfer is always troublesome

You can create a local account that does not require an email account but I don't know if this is something you want to do. Windows 10 is still very much a work in progress. A major update called Redstone has been pushed back to 2017.

After you create the local account, then make the Microsoft account a local account also (separating it from your email), then turn the local account into a Microsoft account.

You can then delete the older account also.

In the end I did a Win 10 reset and it fixed all for awhile.
