Phone system Panasonic kxtg 4655k was purchased after someone has used it. The problem is a call from this phone is recognized by others as a non authorised number instead the real phone number. How can I fix it?

I think the nomenclature is actually KX-TG465SK as in 4 6 5 S K not 5 K

I would suggest contacting Panasonic support to see if this might be a known issue with pre-owned hardware: http://shop.panasonic.com/support
