Good temperature? i4790k

so I have an i4790k and I ran a stress test with intelburntestv2 (

 

I ran Aida64 for 10 minutes and temperatures max hit around 55c max on core 2 and 50 low.

 

Which is more accurate?

Yeah average temps under load.

Max temps are 100C.

Can you tell us your case? Model? Fan setup?

 You can find temperature ranges for your CPU at cputemps.com.  I never heard of an i4790k CPU if that's what you have, but 50 to 55 degrees C should be fine in almost all cases.  Usually you have to get above 70 to have problems.

He has a i7 4790k, I suspected a typo
