After I fixed that annoying ass BSoD error I have been getting by doing a reset of the system NOW I am getting the error
"Some settings are managed by your organization" under the Personalization/Start tab.
I can't edit ANY of them despite doing so just after updating and it's really starting to annoy me.
Any help would be awesome, cheers.

This is the problem:

If, under "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Feedback & diagnostics" > "Diagnostics and usage data" it is set to "Basic", change it to "Enhanced" or higher and that message should disappear.
