Lubuntu and Using Yahoo Messenger?

Hello Everyone,  I cannot seem to get an answer for this, I need to put yahoo messenger on my Lubuntu that is on my laptop. Can anyone tell me how exactly to do this? Thank You

That could be a problem as it i no longer supported and didn't really work properly in the first place . You could try Pidgin Messenger.

i will second pidgin, it's what i use for AIM and Yahoo.
