My computer won't let me get to the login due to an endless spinning circle. It also won't go to safe mode. Please help.

 Boot from a repair disc or an install disc and do a REPAIR option.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.

In earlier versions of Windows, like Windows 7, you could boot into Safe Mode by starting the computer and tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options opened where you could boot into Safe Mode.  With Windows 8.1 and 10 you can no longer do this because the operating system boots too fast to be able to do this.

 

What is the make and model of this computer?

We now know that it is a HP Pavilion, but we still don't know what the model of this Pavilion.
