Your computer support sites shows bluetooth drivers for Windows 8. Nothing for 8.1 or 10. Unfortunately, Microsoft will upgrade a computer to 10 without checking every device.

Do you see any yellow exclamation marks in Device Manager? If not then you may have to resort to using a bluetooth USB dongle. Have you contacted Asus's tech support.

That is bluetooth services. There should be a device in Device Manager called Bluetooth. It could be under Network Adapters.

It seems Windows 10 does not detect your bluetooth chipset. In Device Manager click the top of the tree and then Action Scan for Hardware Changes. Does it find any bluetooth device? If not I would wait for a response from Asus.

Is your bluetooth switched to on? See this short video.

Sorry, I don't have any other ideas. It seems Windows 10 does not detect the bluetooth chipset of the computer. If you double click the bluetooth services and start them is the bluetooth switch still greyed out?
