Here's my build, I just need some ram. I want 16gb (2x8gb) and don't want to spend much more than $70 but would be willing to go under 100 if it would actually boost performance significantly. (My motherboard says it supports ddr4 2133mhz)

Ram speed has little to no effect on performance. pcpartpicker.com/p/tnnBNG

Additionally, as you yourself pointed out, your motherboard supports ONLY DDR4-2133.

Proud system builder, modder, and watercooler.
