I am planning on purchasing a Gigabyte GA-H170-GAMING 3 ATX LGA1151 motherboard and it says it supports DDR4-2133 (and doesn't list anything else). Can I only run DDR4-2133 ram or can I run ddr4 with different mhz?

Seeing as both PCPP and Gigabyte say you can only use DDR4-2133, I wouldn't expect anything else to work in that mobo. Ram speed has very little effect on performace above 1600MTps
