If it won't could some one see if they can find another graphic card like that, that would work for that motherboard. I'm looking to upgrade my graphic card and don't know anymore things since everything is changing.

Let me further by saying 99% of motherboards are compatible with all graphics cards. All you need for compatibility is a pcie x16 or x8 slot which come on practically every consumer level board.

That GPU will work but is basically waste of money, because price is way too high. You can get around 30% faster card for 20 dollars more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150730&cm_re=r9_380-_-14-150-730-_-Product

Mr drillingmachine,
Why such the Nvidia bias? And where is this 30% coming from? Where is your data?

Nvidia cards are overpriced and also lack important DX12 features. For 159 dollars, GTX950 is very expensive. That about 30% difference can be seen on various benchmarks, like

To be fair, both cards would do ok. However this was not the OP's question. They were just curious about compatibility.
