I got my screen resolution set to which I am prefered. Everything looks perfect seeing my desktop settings screen resolution.

but everytime I opened outlook the application zooms very large. I cant see the whole thing inside outlook only a partial of it.

I want to adjust its view settings to normal mode so i can see all of the panes and emails. Can  you please help?
