You can clearly see, there are different publishers for the different "visual studio's" the only one in question are the ones published by AVG! Can they safely be deleted, or does the newest version of AVG use these old files?

If you use AVG programs, I suggest you to leave these installed since they are actually used by them.

AVG Anti-Virus comes with it's own version of the Visual Studio Redistributables. If don't use AVG any more, you may delete it.
