How to recover last update in Black screen. :(

My laptop has an OS :Windows 8.1 ,my laptop hangs for too long. and it freezes then i decided to shut it down through holding its power button and shutdown.

 

 

Then when i started to boot it ... and it's totally black screen. i wait for a minute but still icons and taskbar won't show up.. i think this can be recover. please help thanks.
